Definition & Function
Nonwoven fabric is the main surface material of baby diapers. The top sheet contacts the baby’s skin and ensures comfort, while the back sheet protects against leakage. PP spunbond nonwoven is widely used for its softness, breathability, and cost efficiency.
Hydrophilic Nonwoven: Designed for the top sheet. lt quickly allows liquid topassthrough to the absorbent core, keeping the baby's skin dry.
Hydrophobic Nonwoven: Used for the back sheet or leakage quard areas. lt repels liquidto prevent leakage and provides a soft, dry outer layer.
